However, that doesn't mean you cannot apply as early as now. Most companies here in Singapore utilize job portals (monster, jobsdb, jobstreet) in looking for a new employee. I personally know some people who got a job offer while they are still in the Philippines. It's just a matter of pursuing it very aggressively.
